Sometimes we get so caught up in the things that aren’t working as well as we’d like that those things come to define how we view ourselves. I will help you shift these stories to reflect the life that you want to be living. It’s okay if you don’t know what that looks like yet. That’s a great place to begin.

Some issues I commonly support in my practice:
-
Depression (lack of interest, hopelessness, fatigue)
-
Anxiety (Panic attacks, phobias, generalized anxiety)
-
PTSD and Complex Trauma
-
Maternal mental health issues
-
Parenting challenges
-
Search for identity and meaning
-
Creative blocks
-
Attentional and productivity challenges
-
Emotion regulation issues

I work with adults, teens, and children, and enjoy having a varied, diverse, and dynamic practice. In general, I meet with clients once a week, and for a 50-55 minute session. This offers us continuity and a cadence to the work so that we are able to follow threads and track themes week to week. I strive to find the balance between direct, concrete focus on the issues bringing you in, so that you can get relief as soon as possible, and a curious, explorative approach to help us understand the roots of the issues in order to find deeper healing.
