Sometimes we get so caught up in the things that aren't working as well as we'd like that those things come to define how we view ourselves. I will help you shift these stories to reflect the life that you want to be living. It's okay if you don't know what that looks like yet. That's a great place to begin.

My most trusted intervention is a profound appreciation for you and your process of looking within. I treat my clients with warmth, empathy, and respect. In my experience, the body can be a profound source of information about where you might be feeling stuck, afraid, or out of touch with yourself, and often holds the key to healing and growth.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
I am also trained in EMDR, which is a form of trauma treatment that taps into our brain's innate capacity to make new connections and generate new beliefs about ourselves and our safety in the world. EMDR can be a powerful adjunct to ongoing psychotherapy or can be utilized for short to mid-term relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic, and PTSD.
